At Tea, we sweat the details so you don't have to. We proudly stand by the quality of our product.



  • You can return any Tea product purchased on at any time for any reason. Sale items, too. We want you to be satisfied with everything you receive from Tea, however, we can’t offer returns for items that were worn and outgrown, items that were torn in a playful tug-of-war or items that took a bath in grape juice.
  • We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for any return received at our warehouse within 60 days of purchase. If a gift card or store credit was used as payment, the refund will be applied to that first. If the refund exceeds the amount of the gift card or store credit, it will be applied the secondary method of payment that was used on the order (i.e. credit card or PayPal).
  • We will gladly provide a store credit to for any return received at our warehouse after 60 days from your original purchase. Our store credits never expire.

How does it work?

Once we receive the original items(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid, minus $7.00 for the return shipping Smart Label (if chosen). We are unable to ship any items back to you once they have been sent to us for a return or exchange.


Our exchange process requires you to return and repurchase an item. Please follow the return process and select the exchange option. For the best selection, place a new order online with the free shipping code from your return confirmation email. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your refund as soon as we receive your item(s), minus $7.00 for the return shipping Smart Label (if chosen).
